Our cancellation policy:
To cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, you must give notice in writing (fax or e-mail). The following cancellation policy applies:
• From 15 days to 7 days before check-in: up to 50% of the total amount.
• From 7 days before check in or in case of no show: up to 100% of the total amount.
Even in the event of late arrival or early departure guests will be charged for the full period booked.
